Xuely's Diet Challenge Day 1

Meal 1 :
1 scoop All Plant Protein Powder(Nutrilite)+ 2 scoop oatmilk powder +300mls water
1/2 grapefruit,1 Banana

Meal 2 :
Banana Muffin :P

Workout : Bodyrock Leg Sculpt MAsh Up Workout 21minute : 21 rounds/10sec/50sec

1. Push Up Box Jump(2 push up + 1 jump tuck) : 7,5,5
2. V Sit Up Pull Up (modified-easy variation) : 10,12,12
3. Low Jacks Squat : 20,20,16
4. Squat & press : 15,12,10
5. Sandbag Pick Up : 12,10,10
6. Lt Side Plank Abs : 23,20,20
7. Rt Side Planks Abs : 20,23,23
* 13 Kg Sandbag


Meal 3 : Post Workout
1 scoop All Plant Protein Powder + 2 scoop oatmilk powder, 1 Banana + 1 granola Bar

Meal 4 :
1/2 grapefruit
Veggie Egg Salad 1 cup + 3 cherry tomato and 1 celery 

Meal 5 : Snack
5 almonds,1 granola Bar,1 green apple

Meal 6:
1 cup Veggie Egg Salad, 1 Banana, 8 small pieces crackers,Green tea

Meal 7:
2 Banana

Before Sleep: 1 Green Apple

Water 3 liter...

* Looks like I ate a lo of banana..haha..When I start on clean eating..I love to eat salad..haha..no need to cook..not convenience to cook.so I prefer to make a veggie salad..

See...no coffee..yeah!!!
