Xuely's Diet Challenge Day 5

Today I don't have a proper meal..Its Friday..its my night off...whoaaa...so here my meal for today..

Meal 1:
Chicken Sandwich
2 pcs of nyonya kuih
1/2 cup black coffee

Meal 2:
Vege Salad(cherry tomato,celery,cucumber and baby carrot)
3 pcs of oat cookies

Meal 3:
1 grapefruit
1 plate of Brown Rice Fried Rice
1 pcs of Sardin Fish


Only able to take 3 meal today..because I'm not working at night..haha..
I slept 8am to 2pm..I need to adjust my time..so..today no workout for me too!

1 bowl of Rice Vermicelli Vege soup
1 cup of Black coffee

Meal 4:
1 Green Apple
1 small pcs cracker

Meal 5: 
1 bowl of Rice Vermicelli vege soup
4 pcs of chicken

Meal 6:
Tomato,celery,cucumber salad

Meal 7:
1 Green apple

Today Is my rest day..I don't feel wanna do my workout..all I want to do is SLeep.. haha..I didn't prepare my meal too..oooppss... :)

Meal 1 :
1/2 grapefruits
1 Banana
(rushing..need to go out with friend)

Meal 2 :
1 bowl of Pork ball Rice vermicelli soup
1 plate of boiled vege
1 cup of  chinese cold tea

Meal 3:
6 pcs biscuit
1 cup of Coffee without sugar

Meal 4:
1/2 grapefruits
6 almonds
4 pcs crakers
300mls Positrim + All plant Protein Drinks

Meal 5:
1 bowl Asam laksa

Meal 6:
4 pcs Cracker

Meal 7:
1 Green apple

Water 3L/day

Meal 1 :
Oatmilk + all plant protein powder
1/2 grapefruits
1 Banana

Meal 2 :
1 cup of the veggie egg salad..leftover..haha

Workout:
5 minute Jogging
50 reps Jumping jacks
15 MEdicine ball Burpees-this was hard
15 Medicine ball single leg romanian deadlift (15 each leg)
15 Medicine Ball Overhead Squat
15  Medicine Ball Alternating overhead stepping lunge
15 Jump tuck
* 10lbs Medicine Ball
(I supposed to do 4 round but I felt totally exhausted after I did 1 round so I stop,I will do it again tomorrow.)

MEal 3 : Post workout
1 protein chocolate bar

Meal 4 :
1/2 grapefruits
Tomato Tuna Salad
1 Banana
3 pcs oat biscuits

Meal 5:
1 Green apple
10 Almonds

Meal 6 :
1 bowl Homemade noodles soup (achovies broth)..made by my friend
1 cup of oatmilk coffee

Meal 7 :
Tomato Tuna Salad

Before Sleep...
1 green apple :)

Water: 3 liter/day

1. Push Up Box Jump(2 push up + 1 jump tuck) : 7,5,5
2. V Sit Up Pull Up (modified-easy variation) : 10,12,12
3. Low Jacks Squat : 20,20,16
4. Squat & press : 15,12,10
5. Sandbag Pick Up : 12,10,10
6. Lt Side Plank Abs : 23,20,20
7. Rt Side Planks Abs : 20,23,23
* 13 Kg Sandbag


Meal 3 : Post Workout
1 scoop All Plant Protein Powder + 2 scoop oatmilk powder, 1 Banana + 1 granola Bar

Meal 4 :
1/2 grapefruit
Veggie Egg Salad 1 cup + 3 cherry tomato and 1 celery 

Meal 5 : Snack
5 almonds,1 granola Bar,1 green apple

Meal 6:
1 cup Veggie Egg Salad, 1 Banana, 8 small pieces crackers,Green tea

Meal 7:
2 Banana

Before Sleep: 1 Green Apple

Water 3 liter...

* Looks like I ate a lo of banana..haha..When I start on clean eating..I love to eat salad..haha..no need to cook..not convenience to cook.so I prefer to make a veggie salad..

See...no coffee..yeah!!!

Opppssssssssssss.......

Oh My Goddddd! sudah lama pula saya endak update blog saya  ni..haha..da berkurun da..nasib baik teda sarang labah2..haha..Last year,rajin lagi update workout..kekeeke...sekarang sibuk berfesbuk..bah amacam..kalo semua la mo buka..nah,cramp la nie punggung duduk sepanjang hari di atas kerusi..haha

faning ni kapla saya baru2 nie..haizzz...apply unpaid leave..endak tau dapat ka endak..kalo endak dapat..semua rancangan perlu diubah la nie..I will resign..pastu p cuti kaw2..pastu baru la pi tempat baru..Mungkin saya pi Penang..terpaksa la aku meninggalkan si dia di sini KL..rindu gila la aku sama dia ni..haha..

Sudah 7 tahun saya berkecimpung dalam dunia kejururawatan nie..tapi hanya pangkat orang kecil..Penolong Jururawat atau orang putih bilang Assistant Nurse..well..Its time for me to upgrade myself bah kan..mesti jua mo p sambung belajar..haizz...pemalas bah saya ni mias...hahaha

Walau apa pun yang terjadi..terima ja la...berdoa sama Tuhan banyak2 kan..Fuhhhhhhh...

Adehh...mo pukul 2 pagi da..masi lagi endak mo tutup ni mata..apamacam..banyak pikiran..haha

anyway..harus jua p tidur ni..haha..

besok..hari yang baru lagi..entah apa lagi cabaran yang perlu d hadapi..:)

haha..k la...tidu lu! sambung besok ya..
