my BoDy

ho ho ho...it's been a while i didn't update my blog...and Christmas is COMING..hahaha...I'm busy with my workout..haha... Workout everyday! emmm....i'm gonna share something for today,i got it from 1 articles from the BodyRock.tv..; what u think? Let's read it..

Consistent..

Consistency is important when it comes to the eating habits as well...Otherwise it will be jeopardizing the effort that you put into the workout!!

i'm done..sweat!! get ready for dinner..

after the dinner...i n my hubby enjoying the homemade muffin with coffee...kekekeke...



 The harder the workout feels..the better results you can EXPECT!!

2nd week...

This week is my 2nd week workout challenge. I did my workout today..hehehe....

Lately I have been planning my diet very strict..5 meal a day..eating more fruits and veggies..and also a lean meat such as fish,chicken..after workout..I will eat rice..whatever I want to eat....THAT'S MY REWARD AFTER THE SWEAT..but...as usual..MODERATION is the key...kekeke...don"t over eat!!

I feel lighter, and seem to have more energy...hahaha...Beside that..my husband also feel the same changes...:)
Both of us..more happy..we have a good night sleep,enough rest..even though I working as a permanent night..I still can sleep well and get up early on my day off..It's amazing..!!

If you exercise well.eat healthy and live an active lifestyle then you will be all around far happier and far more confident in your relationship.

The more active you get the better you will look and the better you will feel..

5 WEEKS CHALLENGE...!!!

Time past very fast...November is coming... and...I'm gonna challenge myself!!
DO WORKOUT & DIET..really focusing down on my fitness and tightening up my diets. removing all the junk food..but...I'm addicted with the coffee..:P I need a cup of coffee to start my day...kekekeke...


The reason  why I'm doing this is because...I PUT ON WEIGHT!!! OVERWEIGHT!! I can't zip up my uniform's pants..I start feeling tired and feeling down...going to DEPPRESION...I can smell my body odour..arrrggghhhh....smell like an onion...eeee....
I want to look GOOD,FIT,SLIM and HEALTHY!! 


My beloved hubby gonna give me a REWARD!! woohoooo.....so I must focus down getting into shape for coming X'mas and Chinese New Year 2011!!


So....Enjoy the day with WORKOUT and DIET...hehehe...

For me, 
there are 3 major elements to HAPPINESS-- having someone to love love,having someone in your life who loves you,and doing things that have meaning for you. Even if you can't always have a job that perfect,you can do things in your spare time that bring you joy.

I am lucky to have my family whom I love and who loves me..:)

4 Diet rules

Eating Healthy Meals..

1) aim for 5 meals a day. Approximately every 3 hours.
2) eat complete lean protein and good size portion of veggies with every size.
              portion for women- the size of the palm of hand.
              portion for guy- eat twice as much protein.
              veggies portion- 2 cups full choped veggies and can include fruits.
3) Include some healthy fats into diet: extra virgin olive oil,flax seeds, fish oils,nut and nut butters.
         "MODERATION is the key"
4) Earn your CARBS after workout...and MODERATION is the key..!! 

"Don't over eat at any meal or snack. Listen to your body-be aware of how it feels. eat only until you start feel full and enough to take your edge off your hunger."

Basic rules : Eat only when you are starting to feel hungry.
                   Do not wait until you are really hungry or starving.
                   Sticks with small portion.
                   Take your time to eat your food.
                   You should always feel light and satisfied after your meal.
