4 Diet rules

Eating Healthy Meals..

1) aim for 5 meals a day. Approximately every 3 hours.
2) eat complete lean protein and good size portion of veggies with every size.
              portion for women- the size of the palm of hand.
              portion for guy- eat twice as much protein.
              veggies portion- 2 cups full choped veggies and can include fruits.
3) Include some healthy fats into diet: extra virgin olive oil,flax seeds, fish oils,nut and nut butters.
         "MODERATION is the key"
4) Earn your CARBS after workout...and MODERATION is the key..!! 

"Don't over eat at any meal or snack. Listen to your body-be aware of how it feels. eat only until you start feel full and enough to take your edge off your hunger."

Basic rules : Eat only when you are starting to feel hungry.
                   Do not wait until you are really hungry or starving.
                   Sticks with small portion.
                   Take your time to eat your food.
                   You should always feel light and satisfied after your meal.
