Consistent..

Consistency is important when it comes to the eating habits as well...Otherwise it will be jeopardizing the effort that you put into the workout!!
breakfast..
chopped vege with avocado..nice..my hubby like it..
i'm doing santana lift..need more practice..kekeke
i'm done..sweat!! get ready for dinner..


this is my dinner bake chicken wing..yum yum..taste great..:P
after the dinner...i n my hubby enjoying the homemade muffin with coffee...kekekeke...



 The harder the workout feels..the better results you can EXPECT!!
