0800~1630: yeah!!! i got enough sleep!! hungry to the max!! i grab 2 slice of wholemeal bread and drank a cup of coffee..
Prepare my dinner,cooking and also for my meal in advance..:)
1745: after 2 days off...I did my workout..yeah!!! i beat my personal record.
1830: dinner..rice,vege.
2020:to the ward....working!!!!
currently reading a lot of information about body building..Oh ya.I like Jamie Eason..she got a sexy body..gonna learning about how they eat,what are the recipe..wow...gonna try the turkey meatloaf muffin...
I will continue to cook..prepare my meal...I feel good! :)

Finish work at 7am..thank God! What a busy night but I still manage to take my meal...
Before I go off...While waiting for the staff to pass report..I start wondering.....what for I come sooooo early to work and still get a same pay with those always come late or SHARP 6:45am?? they get more than me..why don't just come sharp 9pm and go off sharp 7am?? I feel sad..anyway..another 6 month to go..just be patience..:) be good to yourself..and be happy..and continue Bodyrocking!! yeah!
Yesterday was my active rest day..and i felt like i've been whole day eating the muffin..hahaha...

Pull up
Chin up
Handstand push up(easy variation)
(5x5)
the pull up & chin up still at the 1/3 level..can't do regular pull up..I don't want to use the negative pull up or with chair assisted as I want to build my strength first! my target is..Do 1 REGULAR PUSH UP & CHIN UP!!!

JUNE 1st 2011
So fast...June already...:)
I'm going to start my food journal and the daily activity that I do..well..my time was a bit different with other people,I'm working at night and sleeping during day time..haha...I have to admit that..I really struggle with my diet. Bad management!! Anyway..i set a challenge last month...NO OUTSIDE FOOD Challenge means I will prepare my own meal,I will cook..i will prepare an advance meal too...because I eat frequent...3 to 4 hours..hahaha...In this one month..I was very lucky because my husband was a good supporter and beside that..my room mate was helping me to cook! See!! how lucky am I!! hahaha...
12 mid night~I'm having my Tuna Sandwich(canned tuna,lettuce,tomatoes, japanes cucumber &onion) with a cup of check hup 2 in 1 white coffee...:)
0400hrs~salad(japanes cucumber,tomatoes and onion. lemon n salt for the dressing)
0530hrs~a cuppa of hot milo
0900~1330hrs~Slept for 5hours..slept on and off
1400hrs~feel hungry but I'm lazy to prepare the food..so I drank a cuppa of mix berries protein and actually was planning to do early workout as my room mate not in..but...suddenly my room mate come back..planning cancel..hehehe...i try to sleep again but couldn't sleep.
1500hrs~2 slices of wholemeal bread with peanut butter.
1630hrs~drank cup of white coffee and..went to the pantry and prepare for the dinner..
1730hrs~WORKOUT TIME...only 12minute long..It's was an amazing workout which is focus on the Abs..that's is why Zuzana called it Amazing Abs Workout...

Today Exercise Challenge
I did today challenge..
Workout: Dedicated Burpees
Time : 10minute~Maximum Rep challenge
So I completed 46 Dedicated Burpees in 10minute countdown..woohhhooo...its was hard but i made it!!
After that i try to do the Handstand push up..with my leg on the wall...awww...can't do it..hmm...its really hard..well I will practice again n again until i can do it..
Oh ya...today I received a message from my Sister In Law..she gave birth..is a BAby girl!! I became aunty!!! hahaha..healthy baby with 3kg weight..31st May 2011

Fuuuhhhh..take a deep breath..catching my breath--slowing..feeling life again..hahaha ...today I did the Bodyrock Home workout...its really killing me...I'm soaked in sweat!!

Active Rest day
Hmmm...today suppose my active rest day...which mean..I'm not doing any workout...but...you know..the feeling..at last...I went for jogging...haha...jog for 20minute.. while i jog...I've thinking...why young people or girl don't like to exercise..?? Takkan nak tunngu tua baru mau exercise...by the time..maybe you've been diagnose Hypertension..?? Angina..? M.I? masa tu lebih baik just rest at home..hahaha...
Hmm...there are whole bunch of people out there who just don't move-- or at least they move as little as possible and actively resist with a great efforts moving one step beyond what is absolutely necessary. Well..I'm not a active person too and it's very difficult to start at first..I really need to push myself...and...taaaadddaaaa....i've been active for 6 months long...hahaha..I'm very enjoy it..I love the feeling after workout. I don't care what people said about me,what I do..sometime they try to discourage me...hahaha....I don't bother...this is my life...I make healthier choices and choose to start moving. :) Just take an honest look at their own behavior..! :P

Lovely wEdnesday
Today is Wednesday..my 3rd night..Before work,I didn't have anything to do. So,here I come..sit in front of my laptop updating my blog. Hmm..I don't have any idea what I'm suppose to post here..haha..I'm not that kind of people..a person that full of idea,very creative. My sister is the one helping me to create this blog..hahaha..She is very active on this. :)
Ahhha...last weekend I learn how to make muffin! kekeke,,I don't like about baking at first..but..I still try to do it...and..It's quite fun and enjoy. I learn something new! Who teach me..?? hehe...Is my husband..
I did it without his help..except the total amount of the ingredient. haha..so here are the muffin!
